Appraiser Background and Experience

Twenty-nine years of equipment sales experience for a full-line John Deere agricultural dealership and operating my own livestock operation since 1989 uniquely equips me to perform equipment and livestock appraisals.

I performed all aspects of equipment sales for three agricultural John Deer dealerships: Abilene Farm Supply, Inc., Quality Implement Co., and United Ag & Turf. I was involved in equipment recommendation for customers, trade evaluations, new and used equipment pricing, and acquiring financing for customers.

Owning and operating a Registered Angus cow/calf operation specializing in quality, calving-ease breeding stock has given me a wealth of experience in the ranching industry I have performed all ranch duties including AI work, herd management, brush control, purchasing and selling cattle, fence/pen maintenance, and road maintenance.

I also have a BS in Mechanized Agriculture with a business emphasis from Texas Tech University earned in 1982.
